Text or email Mr. T (torry.thompson@lablearning.org) or Michelle (michelle.rodriguez@lablearning.org) to let them know if your child will be "dropping-in" so they can have work prepared.

ZOOM WAITING ROOM PROCESS
When you click on the classroom zoom link, your child will be admitted into a Zoom "waiting room" and Mr. T and Michelle will then let them in.
If they are not "admitted" within 3-4 minutes, text or call Mr. T or Michelle (sometimes Mr. T and Michelle don't receive the notifications that there is someone in the waiting room)
JUST WANTING TO JOIN A FEW CLASSES A WEEK? HERE ARE SOME OPTIONS
As a Lab student, your child is welcome to drop-in anytime! Here are few ideas for short day drop-ins:
Art workshops - 9:30-11:30 Wednesday and Fridays (all ages)
Virtual Field Trip - 12:30-1:30 Wednesdays (all ages)
Movies Together - 12:30 Fridays (all ages)

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS FOR LOGGING-ON
Step 1. Copy the ZOOM URL address into your browser window and hit enter

Step 2. Follow instructions from Zoom. For first time users, you may need to download an extension/program onto your chromebook.
For others, simply click "Open Zoom.us" when it asks you if you want to open the Zoom application
Step 3. Select whether you want to join by: Computer Audio or Phone (click tab at top of the screen titled Chose one of the Audio Conference Options)
Note: If you decide to join by Computer Audio, you may need to enable audio and mic controls in your computer Settings. Note: DO NOT join by both Computer and Phone at the same time as this will create an echo.
