A number of Epic families have contacted The Lab over the past few days saying they have received confusing messages from Epic about their child's academic progress as well as expectations for their work. We notified Epic who indicated they are having some internal difficulties with communication and are currently working to correct this.
In the meantime, the Principal at Epic recommends parents reach out to me (Lyndee) with any questions. She is also available to visit. Otherwise, hang-tight for a few days as it sounds like Epic already has efforts underway to address the problem.
